The Paris Attacks…

I am still sad and Heartbroken… For a while I was very angry, I spoke out of anger and was harsh. Even though it is expected when senseless violence occurs and you are just trying to piece it all together, it is still not the best time to speak. People are still trying to attack me for what I posted earlier and sorry (Really I am not sorry, just sorry for those that feel they have to be offended by an opinion they don’t share) I don’t regret it, I may have said it when angry and you reading it in the same emotion. I still mean what I said and tried to express and now will try to say my opinion with more eloquence and tactfully…

We can not be naive as humans and free nations any longer about the radical violence happening and who is doing it. We need to put an end to it now. The hard part in this pursuit, beyond the possible violence that will occur, is that it will make us have to take a good hard look at ourselves and question many things we hold dear, especially our beliefs and what we stand for as a nation.

We can make this change, we can make it even without having to have any hate amongst one another. In the USA we have the ingredients for this in our constitution, we can practice what we wish as long as we do not harm one another. Respect one another for who and what we are and let one another be… There is no need to push our beliefs on one another. Honestly why should it matter if you are of one faith or another when we all have to work to be able to feed ourselves? We all pay our taxes to the same federal government in our nations? Why do we have so much hate towards one another? And this hate is born from something that really only matters after we are no longer on this Earth? Religion (Heaven and Hell) Really what does it matter while you are trying to live day to day on Planet Earth? Especially when you spiritual belief in the end is your own personal choice.

We can beat this manufactured theocratic hate if we unite under our banner of freedom not just in the USA but in the free world. To protect the fact that we can believe what we want, be what we want and say what we want as long as we do not try to harm (kill) one another. We don’t have to cower in the fear that these radicals and governments have allowed to be manufactured bred amongst us. We don’t have to buy in to, invest and live in this hate…

In my opinion this guy expresses my point best… This is one message of defiance that has stood out in many that I have seen and read over the weekend. Antoine Leiris lost his wife in the Bataclan club. On Monday, he posted a message on Facebook. This is what he said

You don’t have to hate to stand up for what is right… You never really have to hate anyone at all… To stand up for what is right you just have to have courage, and stand the F*%K UP! Don’t be afraid! You don’t have to be perfect just willing to change and do good. Fear is the real enemy here and it is understandable, That is what terror (any act of violence) breeds. But let it pass and like this man in his message stand up and live. Sometimes you have to fight, and face monsters, but you never have to live with fear and hate….

I am going to leave this song here now for you… Listen to the words. I know it is a shock for some of you who are big believers in your faiths. But they ring true. We are all here and are all the same species! We all need the same basic things to exist on this planet. Let’s stop trying to make everyone bend and conform to what we believe. Yes feel free to talk about your beliefs to others who are interested and want to know you better. There will be those interested, because if you do practice your beliefs, your actions will speak louder than your words. There is honestly NO NEED to recruit and force your beliefs on others, especially in a violent means.  We are all beautiful and we are all humans… We all have to live on this blue ball together…

I will just say this to close, no I am not an atheist but I respect that the laws of this land (USA) are secular and allow for all to live on her in peace. I can dig that! I have practiced that. I see you as my brother and sister not because you believe the same as I do, but because you are human and alive. Even if I don’t agree with you and am repulsed by what you do… This is not because it’s what Jesus would do, it is because it is the right thing to do. I was not always this way.

Now with all of this being said, that does not mean I don’t have a right to protect myself (Our self as a nation). Against violence and harm perpetrated against me. Sometimes we have to face a monster and fight in life. That usually ends bad for all involved, but it was never really meant for us in the now. It is for them in the future.

Like or hate me that is what is in my mind… It’s my POV and you are welcome to like or dislike it. I am not going to reply to comments or defend myself over this. I am just expressing my thoughts and not entering debate…
